Workspace settings

Configure your workspace.

Settings holds the profile, business, branding, integration, team, notification, billing, and security controls. Profile, business, and branding choices flow into invoices, proposals, reports, and client portals.

Profile and business details

The Profile tab holds your name, avatar, and sign-in email. The Business tab holds the company name, default currency, default hourly rate, and the support contact shown on client portals.

  1. Open Settings and select the Profile tab to set your name and avatar.
  2. Select the Business tab to set the company name and default currency.
  3. Set a default hourly rate to value time entries on projects that have no rate of their own.
  4. Add a support email and phone to show a contact line in the client portal footer.
  5. Click Save Profile or Save Business to apply each tab separately.

Branding

The Branding tab controls how client portals and generated documents look. You can set an agency logo, a primary color, a portal subdomain, and an optional cover banner.

  1. Open the Branding tab and upload an agency logo.
  2. Pick a primary color from the swatches or enter a hex value.
  3. Set a portal subdomain under clientdeck.pro.
  4. Upload a cover banner if you want one on the portal welcome card.

Team, notifications, and security

The Team tab invites members by email with a role. Notifications controls email alerts. Security covers password reset and account controls.

  1. Use the Team tab to invite members and assign a role.
  2. Use the Notifications tab to choose which email alerts you receive.
  3. Use the Security tab to send yourself a password reset email.
  4. Use the danger zone in Security only when you intend to clear data or close the account.

Notes

Settings use explicit Save buttons per tab. Changes are not stored until you click Save, and each tab saves independently.
