Our Purpose
I got tired of watching service businesses stitch together five different tools to do one job.
ClientDeck started with a simple belief: running a client business shouldn't feel like managing software. It should feel like serving clients.
“We're not building another feature list. We're building the platform we wish existed when we saw how fragmented client work had become.”

The Friction
The modern client workflow is broken.
Most agencies, freelancers, consultants, and service businesses start with good intentions. Then the tools begin to pile up.
Client Onboarding
One platform for forms and questionnaires.
Project Tracking
Another platform for boards and schedules.
Billing & Invoicing
Another platform for invoice lines and payment links.
Document Workspace
Another platform for sharing files and storage folders.
Support Inbox
Another platform to capture tickets and support email.
Customer Bookings
Another platform for scheduling and calendars.
"Before long, you're spending more time managing software than managing clients. That never made sense to me."
The Journey
Why I Built ClientDeck
Hi, I'm Josin Simon.
For years, I've watched service businesses struggle with the same problem. Not because they lacked talent. Not because they lacked ambition. But because their work was spread across too many disconnected tools.
Client information lived in one place. Projects lived somewhere else. Files were buried inside cloud storage. Invoices were handled separately. Support requests arrived through email. Scheduling happened on another platform entirely.
Every tool solved one problem, but together they created a bigger one. Complexity.
I kept asking myself a simple question: Why does running a client business require so much software?
The answer I found was disappointing. Most platforms are built around features. Very few are built around the actual experience of serving clients.
That's why I started building ClientDeck. Not as another tool, but as a workspace. A place where onboarding, client communication, projects, invoices, files, support, and scheduling could finally live together.
My goal was never to create the platform with the longest feature list. My goal was to create the platform I wish existed when I first looked at how service businesses operated.
Something clean. Something intuitive. Something powerful without feeling complicated.
Today, every decision we make at ClientDeck is guided by the same principle: Make client work simpler. Because software should help businesses grow, not give them another dashboard to manage.
Thank you for being part of this journey.

Our Foundation
Principles We Guide By
Simplicity Over Complexity
We believe software should reduce work, not create it. Every interface we design aims to minimize friction.
Everything In One Place
Your clients shouldn't live across six different platforms. One hub delivers full visibility and focus.
Built For Real Businesses
Every feature starts with a real-world workflow problem. We build for performance, not hype.
Our Vision
We're building the operating system for client businesses.
Whether you're a freelancer managing five clients or an agency serving hundreds, the experience should feel effortless. That's the future we're building toward.
